Pumpkin Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (take out 1 cup for topping)
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
1 egg (unbeaten)
*Mix and place in a 9 by 13 pan

Combine and spread over dough:
2 cups pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
(If you don't have pumpkin spice you can make your own by combining 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. ginger, 1/3 tsp. nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp. cloves. Mix in a zip-lock bag and then measure out your 2 1/2 tsp. for the pumpkin cake)

Mix and sprinkle over top:
1 cup cake mix
1/2 cup white sugar
2 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
