Beef Shortribs

8 beef short ribs
1 jar of Baji brand Masala Simmer Sauce (I found this brand at Aldi- any brand is fine)

Brown short ribs on each side. Pour sauce over. Add a little water to the jar to get all the sauce out. Cover with a lid and simmer for 3 hours. Turn short ribs in sauce every 30 minutes.

The kids think this is the best meat they've ever had. It was fall of the bone tender and the flavor was perfect.
