Bacon, Cheese, & Tomato Crescents

2- cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
8 slices pepper bacon, crisply cooked and chopped.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Use a mini food processor to chop ingredients, separately. Then stir well into the cream cheese.
Separate dough into 16 triangles. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each triangle. (You will probably have some left- just don't fill them too full)
Roll up, starting at the shortest side of each triangle. Place, point-side down, on baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden. Serve warm.
Makes 8 servings. 2 crescent rolls each.
