Crockpot Barbeque Chicken

Rinse one whole fryer chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
Put in crock pot.
Cover the body with seasoning. Cajun or BBQ or anything that will give good flavor.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove chicken.
Pull all the meat off the bones.
Drain any juice left in the crock pot.
Put the chicken back into the crock pot.
Add a cup of your favorite BBQ sauce.
Cook on high 1-2 hours more, until chicken is cooked thoroughly and shreds easily.
Serve or Freeze

Use the chicken for:
BBQ Chicken over rice,
BBQ Chicken sandwiches
BBQ Chicken pizza.

Any of these meals are a hit in our house.
