Green Beans with Pine Nuts


Trim and string one pound of green beans. Young ones taste the best.
Steam them for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, toast 1/4 cup of pine nuts over medium low heat.
Add green beans and 4 tablespoons butter.
Stir well.
Top with 1/4 cup of fried onions.
Serve.
