Oven fried chicken

10 lb bag chicken leg quarters
Kosher salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
Butter

Cut chicken leg quarters so that they are separate. Rinse and dry well. Remove skin if desired. Place on baking sheet. I like to remove skin on half of them and put on 2 baking sheets. Sprinkle each piece with seasonings and put 1/2 TB butter on each piece. Convection roast at 375 for 1 hour.
