Chinese Chicken Salad

1 head of cabbage (cut into thin 1' strips)
3 split chicken breasts- poached and shredded
(Tyler uses chicken thighs, diced and cooked in oil with a lot of seasoning.)
2 packages Ramen noodles- chicken flavor (optional)
4 TB butter
3 TB Toasted sesame seeds
4 green onions

Melt margarine. Add seasoning packets and stir. Add broken up Ramen and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add sesame seeds.
Combine with cabbage, chicken and onions in large bowl. Pour dressing over top. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Mix well and set out for 1/2 hour at room temperature before serving.

Dressing
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
1/2 cup olive oil
4 Tablespoons sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Mix well in a blender or magic bullet.
