Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Roll out your pizza dough and place on pan sprayed with oil.

Add 1/4-1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. You want a very thin layer. Believe me.

Add topping: 1/2-1 cup shredded cooked chicken, thinly sliced onion (white or red) and 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits (optional).
Putting the toppings on before the cheese helps to use less cheese.

Sprinkle on 1 cup shredded cheese. Again, you don't want very much. You could add 1/2 cup more at the most.
I like mozzarella or smoked Gouda. On the pizza pictured I used 6 slices of provolone.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Sprinkle french fried onions on top for the last 3 minutes of cooking.
