Vegetable Pizza

Roll out your pizza dough and spread a layer of Traditional spaghetti sauce over the top. The cheaper the brand, the better. I use about 1/3-1/2 of the jar.

Layer toppings: Fresh spinach or frozen (drained well), chopped artichoke hearts, very thin slices zucchini, olives, thinly sliced white onion, broccoli florets, thin slices of tomato and sliced mushrooms. (I use whatever I have.) Don't overload it with veggies. If using all, you only need a small amount of each.

Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and a small amount (1/4 tsp.) of salt and pepper (because the veggies need something.)

Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 13-15 minutes at 425 degrees.
