2-3 lbs boneless country style pork ribs, rinsed

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 TB lemon juice
3 TB Worcestershire sauce
1 TB soy sauce
2 TB apple cider vinegar
1 TB liquid smoke flavoring
Cook on low 5-6 hours. Pour out sauce into a saucepan. Break up meat with a fork and continue to cook on low for 1/2-1 hour more. Bring sauce to a boil, add 1 TB dehydrated onion and boil and stir until the sauce is very thick. Return to the meat. Stir well.
Serve on whole wheat rolls with spicy coleslaw on top.
