If you haven't tried Soy Vay products- you are missing out! We first found this brand of sauce and marinade in California and they just recently started selling it in stores in Ohio. We bought a new flavor this time, I created my own recipe with it, and it was amazing. I used the Hoisin Garlic flavor. Don't be afraid of it. Hoisin is really a sweet soybean paste with sugar, garlic, and vinegar and the garlic isn't overpowering at all.

Cut 3 boneless pork loin chops into 1 inch cubes.
Make batter by combining:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Stir, and coat pork cubes in the batter.
Step two-
Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a pot.
When hot add 1/2 of pork in a single layer. Rock the pot side to side so the oil can coat the top of the pork cubes. Flip after about 5 minutes. Cook until golden about 10 minutes total. Drain on paper towels and cook the rest of the meat.
Step three-
Cut one small onion into cubes.
Cut one bell pepper into cubes.
Combine pork, onion and peppers into a 9x13 dish. Add 1/2-3/4 cup of Soy Vay Hoisin-Garlic Sauce. Stir to coat well.
Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with brown rice. I cooked mine with chicken stock and 1 TB soy sauce.
Serve a mixed vegetable on the side or my favorite, Sesame Green beans or Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar.
